Who is responsible for the data?

Veritern Nexus SL operates VeriVaya. For information collected through this website, Veritern Nexus SL is the responsible company.

What the waiting list collects

The current VeriVaya waiting-list form asks for your email address. You can also provide your first name. The form records the consent you give for VeriVaya communications.

Why we use it

We use the information to operate the waiting list and send the occasional launch news, product updates and early-access invitations described on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Brevo

We use Brevo to receive the form submission and manage waiting-list communications. Information entered into the form is transferred to Brevo for that purpose. Brevo publishes its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse and spam. Turnstile may process technical information needed to assess whether a submission is likely to be automated. Cloudflare publishes its privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

The current VeriVaya site configuration does not enable analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes, this policy and any consent mechanism will be updated before those tools are enabled.

How long information is kept

Waiting-list information is kept only while it is useful for the purpose for which it was provided, until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, subject to any information we must retain to meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe using the link included in VeriVaya emails. You can also contact us to ask about the personal data we hold about you and, where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or withdraw consent.

You also have the right to raise a data-protection complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
