Last updated: 14 August 2026

VeriVaya is being incubated by Veritern. Veritern Nexus SL, based in Spain, is responsible for personal data collected through the VeriVaya waiting list.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. We also record the consent you give when you submit the form.

Why we use it

We use these details to send occasional VeriVaya launch news, product updates and early-access invitations. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

Brevo

We use Brevo to operate the waiting list and send these communications. The information you provide through the form is transferred to Brevo for processing. You can read Brevo's Privacy Policy.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect waiting-list information and limit access to people and service providers who need it for this purpose.

How long we keep it

Waiting-list details are kept only for as long as they are needed for VeriVaya launch and early-access communications, or until you withdraw your consent, subject to any legal obligations that require information to be kept for longer.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a VeriVaya email. You may also ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent.
